We can be fluid and shift with changes, or we can confront changes from a space of fear. March is a period of change, and the timing of the second eclipse this month, Wednesday, March 23, is a perfect opportunity to allow for more balance in one’s life. This eclipse will be a penumbral, or partial, lunar eclipse. Knowing that lunar eclipses bring up emotions, this is an ideal opening to allow for change to work positvely in your life.
Often changes are thrust upon us, like when we loss someone to death, or we have a car accident, a friendship ends and so forth. We have not called these changes into our lives. However, the opportunity is always there for us to use these changes to become better versions of ourselves, to create something new from the ashes. Using this time of year when things are budding and new life is beginning is very pure in terms of creating what we envision for our new life. Again, we may not have asked for it, but we can size the momentum of the cycle of renewal and give birth to a new, less restricted, more compassionate human being.
As we approach this lunar eclipse, use this time to create a list of something new you would like to see in yourself, something you have desired to manifest in your life. Set the intention(s) to the universe, and make a commitment to work on it, yes we have to do the work to bring things forth. You might be surprised what good can come from change, what positive influence you can make on the world, and how much more you can open your heart if you are willing to take one small step. This is self-healing; this is the practice of gratitude.
We don’t receive widsom; we must discover it for ourselves after a journey that no one can take for us or spare us. ~ Marcel Proust
